Ray Agua Universal Ltd, founded in 2004 as Limited Corporation, is a 100% Spanish capital company, based on R+D+I operating in an innovative field with great possibilities of development in generating drinking water from humidity in the atmosphere. Ray Agua is leading by a highly qualification professionals team. Its general manager, Alexander Ermakov, is a Russian born engineer, American trained and rooted in Spain.

The origin of our technology is a system used by Soviet Army to extract humidity from missiles tanks. Their patent has been acquired by Ray Agua in Spain for civil use and applications.

Our customers are mostly governments of water scare countries but we can´t forget our principal client, those who has needs for domestic use.

The AQUAIR equipments are also having demand in Gulf countries where we are already working and we are in advanced negotiations. Other water scarce countries such Argentina, Chile, Peru, Mexico, Cuba, Cyprus and Mauritania, have also come in contact with Ray Water to purchase our products.

In Spain, Ray Water is working in communities such Valencia, Galicia, Catalonia, Murcia and Aragon. The machines are operating in military areas or international schools, as in the Levant and La Coruña. For instance, agencies such Parques Nacionales is using our technology to supply potable water for human consumption and for scientific use in the biological station of Chafarinas Islands, where desalination plants are not recommended.

Turbines system gets the air in the atmosphere. Then we cool it inside the equipment. Based in the old method of condensation and using innovative Ray Agua´s technology, humidity becomes water with minimum energy consumption.

The condensation of water vapor in the atmosphere is the natural phenomenon responsible for cloud formation and rain due to temperature changes of different air mass. Ray Agua artificially reproduces this phenomenon into their units through a mechanical refrigeration cycle. The energy efficiency of this cycle, powered by electricity or other energy sources, is the economic viability key.

Our water has health certificate issued by Spanish authorities with UE guarantee. Ray Agua´s technology allows using only air to generate drinking water with excellent quality, pure, low mineralization and low cost per liter. We may also serve “on demand”, designing chemical composition, using remineralize filters.

AQUAIR equipments always produce the amount of water they consume. They generate water in just measure to ensure the tank is always full and they do using the right energy. They preserve the environment and resources are not wasted.

For instance, if the tank store 60 liters for day and the daily consume has been 20, the unit will generate the 20 liters in record time with minimum consume to ensure the tank is always full of water. That is, minimum reserves of water are always ensured. They produce what they consume.
